Learn what Pilates is all about
If you are new to Pilates, we suggest starting with our FREE consultation.
During your consultation, you will experience what Pilates is all about. The instructor will analyze your posture, teach you the basic principles of Pilates, and put you through a workout. After your full consultation, we will determine which package or class is right for you. This appointment will last 60 minutes long.
If you have experienced with Pilates, then you can choose from one of our group classes. Tidal Pilates offers a variety of mat and reformer classes throughout the week. Our classes are leveled so you can chose a class that fits your fitness level.

What to wear:
We encourage you to wear comfortable workout attire that is not too baggy. This will allow the instructor to see your alingment as you exercise.
Shoes are not needed for Pilates. Socks are optional.

Cancellation Policy:
To avoid being charged for your class or session, cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the schedule time. Cancellation can be made through the online scheduling system or by calling the studio. If you cancel less than 12 hours, you will be charged for that session.
