Tidal Pilates provides classes designed to keep seniors active and fit. The Pilates for Seniors class is designed to improve range of motion, balance and postural alignment. The class is gentle, safe and modified for all different types of issues. The exercises will be done both down on the floor with a mat and sitting in a chair. The class is safe for Osteoporosis and Osteopenia.
