Private Reformer Sessions

A private session is the most effective way to learn Pilates. You will work one-on-one with an instructor. The workout will be customized to your fitness goals, muscle imbalances, and the presence of any injuires or issues. Most of your workout will be taught on the STOTT PILATES V2Max Reformer. The reformer is a specialized designed piece of equipment for Pilates. The V2Max Reformer is a one-of-a kind unit multi-tasks as a raised Mat platform, a standard reformer, a virtual Cadillac and a breakthrough multi-planar, biomechanics training tool.

Privates are recommended if you are rehabbing from back pain, hip or knee replacement, shoulder injuries, or have scoliosis.
If you are new to Pilates, a package of private session is recommended before attending a class. Our Intro Package is the place to start.

Reformer Classes & Group Sessions

At Tidal Pilates, our reformer classes are limited to 5 people. With the small group size, personal attention and modifications can be given to each client. Due to the resistance of the springs, a reformer class is more challenging than a mat class. As you push and pull against the tension, your muscles with gain strength, your spine will be more flexible and your posture will change.

Pilates Mat Classes

Our mat work routine will work your core like no other class. Mat Classes at Tidal Pilates are taught by our STOTT PILATES certified instructors. Each mat class will have no more than 8 clients to ensure correction in alignment and modifications can be given. You will use your own body weight as the primary source of resistance. Focus is also placed on increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Total Barre™ efficiently blends Pilates with dance, cardio and strength-training specifically challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. Powered by energizing, hear-pumping music that makes you need to move, this class uses choreographed movement patterns with the support of a ballet barre to take you through a flow of high-powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated.
